Eaton's decentralized I/O system XI/ON included the XN... and XNE... and the corresponding accessories. The XN300 system, successor to the XI/ON I/O system, enables flexible expansion of the local function level of the new XControl controller generation and use as remote I/O via communication gateways. The universal use of the XN300 I/O system for the local and decentralized I/O level reduces device variety and simplifies engineering. In addition, the IO configuration can be adapted to the requirements of your automation solution with all XN300 I/O modules.
